By purchasing a product from this store, you are acknowledging that you’ve read and agreed to the following Terms and Conditions:
- All products are for personal use only. Products may not be reprinted, redistributed, or sold for commercial use.
- Our store does not collect VAT at checkout. Any VAT charges or customs fees are solely the responsibility of the buyer.
- All updates and announcements regarding the production and shipping process will be sent through email and posted on our socials. We are not responsible for forgotten orders, missed deadlines, or expired tracking numbers.
Shipping and delivery:
Orders will be shipped from the U.S. Delivery time can vary depending on the buyer’s location. There may be delays due to the current political circumstances in some countries / locations.
We are unable to ship to the following countries: Afghanistan, Belarus, Bhutan, Cuba, Haiti, Iran, Kuwait, Niue, Seychelles, South Sudan, Sudan, Turkmenistan, Yemen, and to countries in the EU.
All orders include tracking.
Digital items will only be sent out once all physical orders have been shipped. Digital zines will be sent from our email oumakokichizine @gmail.com.
Buyers are responsible for any customs and taxes that may apply to their order. Fragmented Façade is not responsible for any delays due to customs.
All orders containing more than one bundle will have all bundles and items shipped together in the same shipment. If you wish for the bundles to be sent separately or each to a different address, please place separate orders.
Certain countries have shipping restrictions placed on them from the United States or internationally. If you place an order from a country that has restrictions placed on it by the time of shipment, you will be refunded your order in full.
Packaging:
Fragmented Façade Ensures proper and appropriate packaging on each bundle. We will do the utmost to protect the items inside. We will not be held liable for any damages to the packages during transit.
Refunds and replacements:
Fragmented Façade will offer refunds or replacements in the following cases:
- Order was lost or returned due to an incorrectly printed address on Fragmented Façade's part (address on the label is different from the one on the order).
- Missing/wrong items due to a logistics error on Fragmented Façade's part.
- Items were damaged during transit due to mishandling of the shipping company (package left in the rain, bent to fit mailboxes, etc).
Fragmented Façade will not offer refunds or replacements in the following cases:
- Order was delivered to an old address (without being returned) due to the buyer not informing the change to Fragmented Façade by the cut off date. The cut off date will be announced publicily on our socials and via direct emails to all buyers closer to the shipping period.
- Order was delivered at a wrong address (without being returned) due to an incorrect address provided by the buyer on their order.
In cases where an order is returned to Fragmented Façade due to a mistake on the buyer’s part (such as an incorrect address on the order, no one to receive the package after several delivery attempts by the shipping company, etc), the buyer can opt to have the package resent to them if they pay for shipping again. If the buyer does not wish to pay the shipping fee to have the package resent, they will only be refunded the value of the product.
Fragmented Façade reserves the right to refund or cancel any orders that do not follow the Terms and Conditions.
